The PGSA’s extension teams educates new entrepreneurs on the pros and cons of each food concept presented. A number of entrepreneurs have a broad idea of the product they want to create so we help refine them to a specific route that leads to a produced product.
Every month we receive dozens of emails and calls from start-up entrepreneurs who want to bring their food product to market. The PGSA’s extension teams is available to clients looking to create a food product from its concept to its creation to its launch into the marketplace.
We educate clients on the needs for research relating to the conception, creation and launch of a new brand. These subjects include the cost of production, need of funding, non-disclosure forms, certification needs (ex being organic), product regulations, product formulations, shelf-life testing, sample creations, trade associations and shows and more.
